If you haven't updated your SublimeText ColdFusion package recently you really need to. The one I only know as atomi has added function intellisence, which in my opinion is huge!
From what I experienced in the early release it only works after a function is added and the file is saved, however once you do you can now start to type the name of a function and hit "tab" and Sublime will fill in the function WITH the parameter names and types.
